Most of my career has been spent going deep—first in science, then in entrepreneurship, and along the way in writing and creative work. I’ve built labs, created technologies, led companies, and stepped into roles I wasn’t formally trained for, simply because curiosity kept pointing me in that direction.
My talks grow out of those experiences. They’re not about quick fixes or motivational slogans. They’re about the quieter moments in a career—when the work no longer feels alive, when identity starts to shift, and when it’s time to listen to a different signal.
